Real Estate Tip of the Month :
Statistics don't lie. Attached for your review are
the recent home sales statistics from three different
MLS's: Naples, Mid Florida covering Tampa to Orlando
and Southeast Florida covering from Port St. Lucie to
Miami. It's interesting to compare the three reports
and look at specifically the number of days on the market
for listings to sell and also the type of financing
used in the transaction where we are seeing substantial
numbers in the "other" column meaning more
folks are getting creative and using seller financing.
The sellers are motivated and beginning to show it,
now the buyers just need to get off the fence before
all the great concessions sellers are offering disappear!
