Tip of the Month:
The buyers are out there, but they are cautious! As
the market has continued to stagnate, prices have held
fairly steady for most areas but we are in the midst
of a stalemate. Sellers have taken a while to catch
up with the market but I am now seeing some motivation
appear. Buyers are still out there waiting for the deals
and thinking the prices will drop further but we are
only in a correction period to bring our market back
to a state of normalcy. How long will the buyers market
last is the question and if I had a crystal ball I could
be rich. The point is this buyer's market is perceived
and is relative to the wild price appreciation of the
last year. Current price decreases will not last forever
and with sellers becoming more motivated, NOW is the
time to pick up some prime properties for at or under
market value. If you are a buyer, I caution you not
to wait too long to make that offer because THERE IS
NO TIME LIKE THE PRESENT!
